**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This role is crucial in the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning & development programs that enhance leadership, compliance, and careers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, Organizational Effectiveness, Psychology, or related fields.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Guide business leaders and employees on leadership and development plans, product training, and succession planning strategies, activities, and tools.
  • Develop and maintain in-person training materials and resources for diverse audiences, including competency-based matrixes, end-user guides, and engaging presentations.
  • Conduct individual and team performance consulting/facilitation sessions using assessment tools and best practices.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of blended learning programs.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR, Organizational Effectiveness, Psychology, or related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing, facilitating, and delivering training sessions.
  • Ability to effectively design, facilitate, and measure remote and in-person training, including large and small group sessions to teams, leaders, managers, and individual contributors.
  • Experience managing projects with strong stakeholder and project management skills.

**Desirable Qualifications**

  • Experience creating and/or managing eLearning as part of a blended learning program.
  • Interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, and Change Management.
  • Experience working with suppliers and managing budgets, measuring ROI, and making business cases for investment.
  • Certification in psychometric or 360-assessment tools.
  • Coaching or mentoring experience/certification.
