Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or mail
- Resolve billing issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare administration)
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
