Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient billing and financial services, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to verbal and written requests for information from patients, families, and healthcare providersReview and resolve patient requests received through our online portalCommunicate with patients and families regarding billing and financial matters

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of an Associate's degree or 1-2 years of experience in customer service, patient accounts, or revenue cycle management is required.
