We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Adecco US, Inc. in Burton, Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate processing and recording of financial data.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain open lines of communication with other departments.

Salary: $21.15 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize accounting software to manage Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices using a 3-way match system; process utility invoices and expense reports

• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to the 3-way match system

• Perform daily mail distribution, including AP email box

• Scan invoices, if applicable

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient payment of invoices
