JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes, manage phone communications, and confirm personal details for billing purposes;
- Aid in demonstrating front office procedures to students;
- Oversee and coordinate a chair patient care area;
- Collaborate with faculty and students to ensure a smooth patient flow;
- Provide daily assistance and guidance to dental students;
- Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with safety regulations;
- Exhibit effective communication skills and strong organizational abilities;
- Safeguard the confidentiality of all work-related information;
- Demonstrate flexibility and cooperation in response to work directives;
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : A high school diploma or GED is required. Preference will be given to bilingual candidates. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree along with 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
