Your role will involve conducting regular inspections and maintenance activities while implementing preventative strategies to enhance the longevity of our equipment and reduce potential hazards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance strategies to ensure seamless equipment functionality and mitigate safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment servicing and repairs performed.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to ensure operational efficiency and address any repair needs.
  • Inspect building components such as windows, walls, and doors for wear and carry out necessary repairs.
  • Address additional maintenance requests as they arise.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
