Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Care Center Service Writer to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #1141. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Auto Care Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and efficient service to customers, including answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and quality service
  • Communicate with customers regarding service status and any issues that may arise
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
