Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our esteemed National Wealth Management Services firm.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing and fulfilling the accounting and family office service requirements of our clientele with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep clients informed about their financial standing.
  • Ensure that all accounting and financial reporting obligations are met accurately and promptly.
  • Oversee the timely payment of client invoices, including auditing, coding, and processing expenses, while resolving any discrepancies that arise.
  • Prepare and present ongoing and periodic financial reports such as balance sheets, cash flow statements, budgets, and profit and loss statements, ensuring client satisfaction with the information provided.
  • Conduct timely bank reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
  • Guarantee sufficient funds are available to meet clients' cash requirements at all times.
  • Administer weekly payroll for clients, ensuring timely and accurate fund disbursement.
  • Issue and manage annual 1099 forms, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
  • Perform additional family office tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.
