Position Overview:

Adecco is currently seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Specialist to support our client's operations. This position offers a competitive wage of $21.00 per hour and includes a potential for permanent employment following the contract period.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in electro-mechanical assembly
  • Proficiency in using computers and standard software applications
  • Ability to operate hand tools including torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools, and wire cutters

Additionally, candidates must be capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.


Key Responsibilities:

The Electro-Mechanical Assembly Specialist will:

  • Assemble, align, and test intricate electro-mechanical, opto-electrical, mechanical, and electronic subassemblies based on product diagrams, schematics, or samples.
  • Prepare and clean components for assembly.
  • Select and utilize standard hand tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, and screwdrivers.
  • Manipulate small components consistently for extended durations.
  • Interpret production or engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
  • Determine the sequence of operations from sketches and written/oral directives.
  • Inspect and test products to ensure they meet specifications and document results.
  • Assist in various operational areas as required.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position is $21.00. Adecco offers a comprehensive benefits package for associates, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Employees have the flexibility to select coverage that suits their individual needs. Associates may also qualify for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave and other mandated paid leave, as well as holiday pay where applicable.
