We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team at Force1One Merchandising Inc. As a Retail Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for traveling to various locations, performing coverage duties, and ensuring that our products are properly stocked and merchandised.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to assigned stores and perform coverage duties, including stocking shelves and reporting.
- Train and mentor new hires to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Communicate with existing staff, prospective candidates, and upper management to ensure seamless operations.
- Complete daily and weekly reports, including accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Work with the Receiving Department to locate product and bring it to the floor for merchandising.
- Return excess product to the stockroom and clean up the area before leaving the store.
- Previous retail experience is required, with a proven track record of working in a mass environment.
- The ability to read a Planogram is essential.
- Strong self-management skills, with the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Ability to complete daily procedures and responsibilities without direct supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
