Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble ingredients for scratch preparations, utilizing math skills and attention to detail.
  • Bake all of our baked products and create frostings and custards.
  • Maintain positive relations with customers, employees, and vendors through professional and courteous communications.
  • Manage store records and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of professional baking experience and scratch baking knowledge is preferred, but all applications are welcome.
