This role is pivotal in ensuring that customer payments are collected in alignment with established payment agreements.

This proactive position engages in Business to Business collections while collaborating with management and Sales to provide exceptional customer service, all while striving to meet and surpass monthly targets and organizational goals.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enhance Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) to align with the current monthly and yearly objectives of the organization
  • Ensure all overdue accounts are contacted while upholding agreed payment terms
  • Coordinate with clients to arrange payment plans for upcoming and overdue invoices
  • Facilitate the transition of accounts to ACH/Checks from credit card payments and advocate for electronic invoicing
  • Update account details to maintain accurate contact and necessary information
  • Address any invoice discrepancies promptly to guarantee appropriate payment is received
  • Engage with field personnel to discuss any problematic accounts or situations to achieve a shared objective
