Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential phone support for various teams, including service, parts, and dispatch.
  • Review and verify work orders, ensuring parts are ordered, spreadsheets are updated, and communication with technicians and office personnel is maintained.
  • Assist in warranty follow-ups by contacting customers and technicians, while accurately entering data into our systems.
  • Support new school initiatives by preparing necessary documentation and making relevant communications.
  • Coordinate safety training sessions, manage scheduling, and oversee online course registrations.
  • Monitor and report weekly hours for Service Technicians to payroll and HR departments.
  • Organize and distribute invoices for the Service Department efficiently.
  • Assist with billing processes, report generation, and other necessary correspondence.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for records.
  • Perform additional general office tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • 1-7+ years of experience in administrative or customer service roles within an office environment.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Competence in performing calculations, including discounts and percentages.
Additional Information:
  • Compensation: $22/hr-$27/hr based on experience.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.
  • Employment Type: Temp to hire.
