Position Overview:
The partners are looking for an attorney with a minimum of 4 years of substantial experience in handling general liability or professional liability cases. Ideal candidates will have experience working with businesses, design professionals, directors and officers, insurance companies, and various other professionals. Please note that our practice does not include medical or legal malpractice cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court by arguing motions and legal matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft necessary legal documents including pleadings, briefs, and motions.
- Develop and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Communicate effectively with partners, associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.
