Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure accurate and efficient processing of merchandise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with associates to ensure a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity.
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor associates on established merchandising and processing principles, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Merchandise Presentation: Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and associates to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
  • Productivity and Efficiency: Monitor productivity of the team and coach as necessary to ensure tasks are completed according to store plan.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards, ensuring a well-organized and efficient store environment.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
