We are currently seeking dedicated nursing professionals for various shifts and commitments (Days/Nights; FT/PT/PRN).
Role Summary:
The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care that addresses the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, developmental, and age-specific needs of each patient and their families.
You will be accountable for the care of patients within a designated unit and will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Team Collaboration:
As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to partner with your Nurse Manager to explore professional growth opportunities, which may include leading quality improvement initiatives, engaging in committees, and training for charge nurse or preceptor roles.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program is essential.
Licensure and Certification:
- Current Registered Nurse license with eligibility to practice in the state of Missouri.
- BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is expected upon hire or completion of departmental orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- A minimum of six (6) months of recent nursing experience is desirable.
Additional Certifications:
- Preferred certifications include Medical/Surgical (RN, C), Gerontology (RN, BC), Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN), Medical Surgical (CMSRN), and Stroke Certified RN (SCRN).
