About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires the provision of high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Provide professional nursing care to patients with various health conditions, focusing on prevention, early intervention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Conduct Health Assessments: Perform thorough health assessments to identify potential health risks and provide education to patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Nursing Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current License: Active registered nurse license in Washington State.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of recent experience in a patient care setting or clinical environment.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and any other relevant certifications.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $$41.54 - $65.57 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
