Dan Anderson - State Farm Agent seeks an experienced Account Manager to play a pivotal role in growing our agency through meaningful customer relationships and liaison services. As a vital team member, you will enhance customer satisfaction by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and prompt service.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful customer relations by identifying and catering to their needs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of $45,000 - $60,000 per year salary plus commission/bonus potential.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside or inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing roles.
- Experience managing client relationships is highly desirable.
- An interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- The ability to anticipate and effectively address customer needs.
