Position Overview

Homestead Village, a thriving non-profit Life Plan Community, is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to enhance independence and dignity for our Residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish respectful relationships with residents, perform rounds, and admit new residents.
  • Develop and update resident pre-screen, assessment, and support plans.
  • Communicate with physicians and resident families, and supervise staff.
  • Assist with medication administration, activities of daily living, and emergency response.
  • Attend staff meetings, complete education on Relias, and adhere to agency policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Currently licensed in the Commonwealth of PA as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Minimum of three years as an LPN and three years of supervisory experience.
  • Experienced in developing support plans for elders, familiarity with Personal Care Home Regulations, and CPR/AED certification.
