  • Produce visually striking graphics and layouts for various digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, presentations, brochures, pitch decks, case studies, and other B2B marketing collateral.
  • Engage in user research and usability assessments to guarantee that designs fulfill user requirements and enhance overall user experience.
  • Oversee multiple design initiatives concurrently, ensuring timely completion and compliance with project timelines.
  • Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to consistently elevate design quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to bolster marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Your Qualifications:

To excel in this position, we seek candidates who possess the following skills and characteristics:
  • 5-7 years of professional experience as a designer, with expertise in design systems and visual identity, along with familiarity in presentation and experience design.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with effective PowerPoint skills.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives independently, as you will be the primary designer responsible for the Americas region, translating our global brand into local contexts and establishing the design discipline within our US office.
  • A creative thinker who enjoys navigating the commercial landscape rather than a purely creative agency, adept at aligning creative concepts with business needs.
  • Confident in presenting your designs and open to feedback and discussions about your ideas.
  • Skilled at balancing quality and efficiency, with a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest standards in delivered work.
  • As part of a global team that includes UX/UI and motion graphic designers, we are looking for diverse design skills to complement the primary objectives of the US-based team.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 + discretionary bonus

The base salary for this role is subject to variation based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base salary is one aspect of a comprehensive and competitive compensation package for employees.
