What We Offer- Competitive Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Home Care Professional to provide personalized support to our patients in Raleigh and surrounding areas. As a Private Duty Nurse RN with Aveanna, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, continuous care to medically fragile patients in their homes.
Your primary duties will include:
- Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Performing patient assessments and coordinating care
- Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Documenting care provided in our system of record
- Teaching and training family members on health promotion and disease prevention
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- An active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of North Carolina
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
- At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience (not required but preferred)
- Reliable transportation
