BAYADA Home Health Care is a leading provider of home health care services, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Manager to lead our team in Raleigh, NC.

As a Rehabilitation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and providing clinical leadership and mentoring to our staff.
About the Job- Direct and coordinate the care provided by a multi-disciplinary care team, ensuring seamless transitions and comprehensive patient care.
- Lead field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Review clinical documentation, including OASIS and care plan coding, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor episodic utilization, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize patient outcomes.
- Act as internal case manager and client advocate, providing support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Participate in hiring, interviewing, and orientation of field staff, ensuring that new hires have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
- Develop and implement ongoing education, evaluation, and development programs for field staff, promoting growth and advancement within the organization.

What We Offer- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
