We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator- Service/Repair to join our team at Thyssenkrupp Elevator in Detroit, MI.
Key Responsibilities- Process service contracts, customer changes, and support the service and repair sales departments as needed.
- Review and complete customer number request forms, Installed Base forms, and service contract transmittal forms.
- Create branch service files and mechanic files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Verify information on new EDS sheets and update contact information in service contracts.
- Search databases, customers, Installed Base, and service contracts for existing information.
- Run mass escalation reports, export and format reports into Excel, and forward to branch managers for review.
- Participate in monthly A/R conference calls with Regional Collectors, actively pursue and follow-up on A/R items, and prepare and submit credit memos.
- Maintain PCard for use by branch, support sales efforts as needed, and perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
- Three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration.
- Some elevator repair administrative work preferred.
- Oracle database knowledge.
