  • Exceed $5M in annual budget through institutional giving
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including funders and EBC leadership
  • Develop and implement effective campaign strategies to drive fundraising growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in fundraising, with demonstrable experience implementing strategic institutional giving programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative evaluation of fundraising programs

  • Salary range: $90,000-$100,000 depending on professional and lived experience
