Job Overview

At Ray & Son Htg & A/C Inc., we are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance services to our residential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and repair issues with residential HVAC systems, using your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Universal EPA Certification.
  • Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School.
  • NATE Certified.
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
  • Insurable driving record.
  • Possess necessary tools and equipment.

Candidates must pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
