Key Responsibilities:

The Superintendent will oversee the daily activities of construction personnel, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Primary Duties:

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive work sequence plan. Develop and manage project timelines and layouts to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
  • Supervise on-site workforce to guarantee efficient execution of all tasks.
  • Coordinate the procurement of tools and materials to align with project schedules.
  • Conduct inspections and supervise all ongoing work to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
  • Establish and manage the methods and schedules for executing the project scope.
  • Promote a safe working environment by adhering to stringent safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience as a Project Superintendent in the concrete sector.
  • Proficient in architectural concrete practices.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, including site inspections, compliance verification, scheduling, budgeting, and project closure.
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage team members and subcontractors while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and resolve issues promptly.
