About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Acute Services department. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to assigned patients, working within the nursing process to promote positive patient outcomes. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
* Administer medications and perform various tests and procedures as required
* Participate in orientation and precepting new personnel as needed

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate degree and a current RN license in New Mexico or equivalent. You should also possess CPR/BLS certification and be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred, but not required.
