We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to manage a team of engineers and oversee the development of software solutions for various industrial markets.

Our company is a leading provider of comprehensive field, shop, and supply services across various industrial markets, offering deep expertise in both applications and equipment. We provide a service level comparable to an OEM but with faster and more cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define scope and develop proposals for software development projects.
  • Design and integrate control systems (DCS/PLC/HMI/SCADA) for various industrial applications.
  • Lead projects through commissioning and startup, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage teams to meet budget and timeline goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Provide field support and troubleshooting for software-related issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Review technical drawings and P&IDs to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering (PE or Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in automation/control projects.
  • Knowledge of multiple control system platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for project-related activities.
