Job Summary:

The Revenue Audit & Compliance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and Downtown Grand Casino rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. This role involves investigating actions suspected of non-compliance and ensuring proper recording of daily revenues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure casino operations comply with all relevant rules and regulations.
  • Conduct regulatory compliance reviews of accounting, administrative, and operating controls.
  • Train and test employees on Title 31 and Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
  • Review and file Title 31 and Suspicious Activity paperwork.
  • Maintain a proper filing system.
  • Collaborate with the Controller on external and internal audits.
  • Conduct investigations of areas deficient in controls or lacking compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and consult with management on new or revised rules.
  • Work with department managers to achieve compliance.
  • Supervise daily casino and non-gaming revenue audits.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and accounting of gaming and non-gaming revenue.

Requirements:
  • Minimum age requirement is 21.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, college degree preferred.
  • 3 years of previous casino experience with at least one year of Title 31 experience.
  • Knowledge of procedures and regulations applicable to the state and gaming industry.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming License.
  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
