- Serve as a resource and consultant for patient rights, advance directives, and the patient grievance process.
- Assist in the provision of language services and interpreters and report data and trends.
- Assess and identify patient care concerns that may need to escalate for more in-depth investigation.
- Bachelor's Degree.
