Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient rounds to extend hospitality and provide information.
  • Facilitate services for ADA compliance.
  • Support staff in the facilitation of service recovery opportunities and maintain stock of service recovery supplies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to coach and mentor staff and leaders throughout the organization in regard to best practices in advocacy and service recovery.
  • Serve as a resource and consultant for patient rights, advance directives, and the patient grievance process.
  • Assist in the provision of language services and interpreters and report data and trends.
  • Assess and identify patient care concerns that may need to escalate for more in-depth investigation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
