Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at Spring Health. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Accounts Receivable (AR) team and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the AR department. This includes managing the invoicing, collections, cash applications, and AR reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing AR team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and receipts.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the AR department, including invoicing, collections, cash applications, and AR reporting to management.
  • Monitor AR aging reports and collaborate with the customer success team to implement strategies to reduce aged balances.
  • Design and implement scalable AR processes to support the company's rapid growth.
  • Continuously assess and refine AR workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate prompt payment and resolution of any billing issues.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and disputes professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Prepare and analyze AR reports, including aging reports, collection forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Present AR metrics and trends to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Netsuite, Salesforce, GoogleSuite, Excel.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
