Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience.

- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining communication with senior leaders.
- Proficient in business processes, operations, and metrics definition best practices.
- Detail-oriented and proactive self-starter.

Compensation: Salary range is $120K - $150K, plus comprehensive benefits including Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, and PTO. Total compensation may vary based on candidate experience and location.
