About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Professional to join our team at Trimble. As a key member of our App XChange team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a subset of our App XChange customers, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate.
  • Communicate regularly with key external decision-makers, including C-Suite executives, to drive customer satisfaction and success.
  • Help to identify and address customer pain points, providing proactive support and solutions to ensure customer success.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to gather customer feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Communicate product updates and changes to App XChange customers and end-users, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree, preferred.
  • Previous account management and/or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of APIs and/or large database programs.
  • Experience in selling products to current customers.
  • A keen attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience and success working directly with customers.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sage 300 CRE construction accounting software knowledge.
  • Spectrum by Viewpoint construction software knowledge.
  • Vista by Viewpoint construction management software knowledge.
  • Knowledge and experience with the phases of the construction life-cycle, including accounting practices and project management.
