About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&I Manager to join our team at the Feldman Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience when purchasing a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases
  • Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
  • Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
  • Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  • Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals
  • Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines
  • Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals
  • Audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements
  • Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts
Requirements
  • Eagerness to improve and learn
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
  • Well-versed in title laws and registration process
  • Professional personal appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license
