As a Pest Control Service Technician, you will play a vital role in our operations, acting as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your expertise will help foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their homes and families remain safe and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely administer pest control treatments in accordance with company policies, label instructions, and relevant regulations. Accurately document services rendered following company standards and legal requirements. Operate company vehicles and equipment in compliance with company protocols, ensuring they are well-maintained. Travel to customer locations using company vehicles. Cultivate and sustain relationships with both colleagues and clients. Effectively communicate service details to customers, including updates to their service plans and schedules. Promptly respond to inquiries from customers and the office. Assist in sales initiatives, ensuring customers receive comprehensive Pest Control and Animal Management services.Ideal Candidate Profile:
High level of accountability and responsibility. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. No prior experience necessary; however, sales experience is advantageous. High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory. Must be at least 21 years old. Valid Driver's License is required and must be maintained. Successful completion of Background Check, Motor Vehicle Report, and Drug Screening is necessary. Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and confined spaces. Capability to handle stinging or biting pests. Proficient in reading and writing clear notes. Ability to lift equipment, up to 50 lbs. Must complete the state pesticide applicator licensing process successfully. Competence in handling, mixing, and applying pesticides and related chemicals.Benefits Offered:
