We are seeking a skilled Site Planning Specialist (Temp) to join our team at Perry Homes. As a key member of our site planning team, you will be responsible for setting up preliminary site plans from surveys or plats on AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current Perry Homes design standards, code, and community guidelines as they apply to site plans, redraws, and lot fits.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all drawings.
- Occasionally, you will need to complete projects with tight deadlines and time constraints.
- Problem Solving/Analysis
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Computer Drafting or Design is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in basic drafting methods, and an understanding of symbols and techniques of drawing via AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of Architectural Language pertaining to residential construction.
- Ability to read blueprints, surveys, Metes & Bounds descriptions.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
