Job Title: Savannah Retail Associate

At Windsurfing Hilton Head, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Savannah Retail Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to our guests, building relationships and creating loyalty through personalized interactions and product knowledge.
  • Sales Performance: Collaborate with the Retail Store Manager and Director of Retail to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals, driving revenue growth and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain on-floor inventory and stock, adhering to loss prevention practices and reporting potential incidents to ensure shortage control and protect company assets.
  • Point-of-Sale Transactions: Process transactions accurately, handling cash and providing change without error, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with current products and retail trends, providing expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Maintain overall facilities cleanliness, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and scrubbing regularly, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Equipment Rental: Facilitate equipment rental process, partnering with SS to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Reservations and Sales: Sell and enter reservations for Outside Brands programs, driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Store Operations: Follow appropriate store opening and closing procedures, communicating with other team members and management as needed.
  • Guest Experience: Anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and adhere to the Outside Brands service standards, creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for every customer.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend all retail team and all-staff meetings, supporting an environment of learning and trust by acting as a positive role model.
  • Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, ensuring compliance and maintaining a positive work environment.
