As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
  • Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising displays, and ensure a visually appealing store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
