With a team of approximately 120 professionals, including over 60 healthcare providers, we are committed to growth and excellence in patient care. Our mission focuses on providing comprehensive clinical services across various settings, including acute inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, and assisted living.
We collaborate closely with hospitalists, specialist physicians, surgeons, and rehabilitation therapists to ensure our patients receive compassionate and coordinated medical attention.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Wound Care Physician to join our esteemed physician-owned practice, working primarily in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, and assisted living environments.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Compensation: Competitive base salary ranging from $250,000 to $300,000, along with performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. Part-time opportunities are also available.
Our benefits include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions.
All expenses related to credentialing are covered, and malpractice insurance is provided through a group policy for full-time staff.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an accredited medical school with a valid medical license in the state of practice. Board Eligible or Board Certified by the relevant certifying board. Current DEA registration is required.
Must apply for and maintain medical staff membership and clinical privileges at necessary facilities as stipulated in the Employment Agreement.

Ability to achieve desired business outcomes while ensuring high-quality patient care is crucial. A commitment to continuous professional development is expected.Job Responsibilities:
Provide medical care to the designated patient population, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of care provided, and actively engage in medical staff responsibilities.
All Medical Directorships attained will be recognized as part of the practice, and any contracts will be under the practice's name.
Participate in quality assurance, utilization management, and peer review initiatives to promote high-quality, cost-effective services. Collaborate with administration and staff to support strategic and operational objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Meet quality benchmarks in the delivery of medical care. Perform related administrative tasks within the clinical environment. Adhere to professional standards relevant to the medical specialty.
Act in accordance with medical staff bylaws, the regulations of the Board of Medical Examiners, and the policies and procedures of the practice.
