Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing lighting ballasts and bulbs, security cameras, and smoke alarms.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions, plumbing systems, and HVAC systems.
  • Repair bathroom fixtures and maintain common work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Provide building and property access for sub-contractors and deliver building supplies, bathroom, and office items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One year of providing minor maintenance of facilities or closely related experience.
Work Environment

The work is typically performed while sitting, standing, bending, crouching, or stooping. The employee frequently lifts light and heavy objects, climbs, and operates tools or equipment. The work is typically performed in an office and outdoors, occasionally in cold or inclement weather.

The employee is exposed to noise, dust, dirt, grease, machinery, and chemicals. The work requires the use of protective devices such as masks, goggles, gloves, etc.
