Showami is a platform that connects licensed real estate professionals with one another to facilitate property viewings for potential buyers. We are currently looking for licensed real estate agents to assist with home showings in Hilton Head Island and nearby regions.

Qualifications:

  1. Must possess a valid real estate license
  2. Access to the MLS is required
  3. Experience in showing properties in the greater Hilton Head Island area is essential
  4. Ability to utilize an electronic lockbox for property access

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate property showings on behalf of the buyer's agent
  • Engage with buyer clients, listing agents, and property sellers to showcase homes efficiently
  • Conduct property viewings in a professional and courteous manner
  • Access listings through your local MLS
  • Utilize scheduling applications like ShowingTime to arrange showings for the buyer's agent and their clients

Compensation:

Showing Agents can expect to earn an average of $32 per property shown, with the potential to earn up to $50 per showing, along with opportunities for tips based on performance. Often, multiple properties may be shown to a single client, and you will be compensated for each home presented.

As a Showing Agent with Showami, you will enjoy the flexibility to accept or decline showing requests at your convenience, allowing you to pursue additional income opportunities as desired.

Participate in company contests and promotions for added incentives.
