We're seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at DaVita. As a Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Dialysis Program, you'll play a critical role in delivering nephrology care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

  • CURRENT RN LICENSE IN THE STATE OF PRACTICE
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
