Terminally Ill Patient Care Specialist

The Hospice Registered Nurse is a critical member of the palliative care team, providing expert care to terminally ill patients and their families. This role requires a deep understanding of the complexities of end-of-life care, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements individualized plans of care, addressing the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care coordination and effective communication.

Requirements and Qualifications- An active RN License in the state of application
