Wound Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wound Care Specialist to join our team at Venza Care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, develop, and implement individualized wound care treatment plans for residents.
- Monitor and document progress of wounds, adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Perform wound debridement, dressing changes, and infection control measures.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Competitive salary range: $26.00-$32.00.
