Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Level 1 technical support and contribute to the technical development of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations while maintaining the highest ethical standards on the job.
  • Accurately complete all necessary project and service documentation.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing building inefficiencies and resolving service-related issues.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions and outcomes during service calls.
  • Promote safety awareness and provide instruction to subcontractors on job sites.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical issues and offer on-the-job training to fellow technicians.
  • Recognized as an expert in your field by both colleagues and clients.
  • Assist management in ensuring that operational disciplines are adhered to by other technicians.
  • Regularly provide feedback on the training and development needs of the branch.
  • Support the development of quotes and estimates for identified labor and material work, submitting them to the appropriate parties.
  • Help identify material requirements necessary for effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager or Customer Service Agent to schedule qualified personnel for repairs or installations.
  • Keep customers informed about the nature of services provided, outstanding issues, and recommend system enhancements or repairs.
  • Provide consulting-level services related to building system repairs and improvements.
  • Complete all required training and certifications as mandated by the company.
  • Offer recommendations and solutions to ensure efficient facility operations, including upselling opportunities and providing quotes to support these recommendations.

Leadership Experience: In addition to technical expertise, the role requires demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Compensation: The hourly rate is determined by the collective bargaining agreement, with benefits provided through a local labor union.
