We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Panda Restaurant Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our bakery operations, including managing staff, achieving financial goals, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- People Management: Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of associates to achieve business objectives.
- Guest Experience: Ensure excellent food quality, guest service, and associate friendliness to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Financial Management: Drive sales growth, manage costs, and achieve profit growth to meet business objectives.
- Operations Management: Ensure food safety, order product, count inventory, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Food Safety Certification: Serve Safe certified
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum one to two years of operations experience
- Flexibility: Ability to move to a store within a 50-mile radius and work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Compensation:
Assistant Manager Pay Range: $27.00/hour + potential bonus
General Manager Pay Range: $30.00/hour + potential bonus
