Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership position and contribute to the success of our build-to-rent Townhome community.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the hiring, training, supervising, and motivating of maintenance staff, working closely with the Property Manager
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team
  • Complete work orders in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks as needed
  • Coordinate the make-ready process to ensure properties are prepared for new residents
  • Provide exceptional customer service, treating residents, staff, and vendors with professionalism
  • Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards
  • Implement preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime
  • Ensure a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • EPA HVAC certification preferred
  • Lease-up experience highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
