Job Title: AI/Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning models to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI and machine learning models using various techniques and tools
  • Deploy models on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
  • Work with large language models and fine-tune them for specific use cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning solutions into our products
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply them to our projects
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in AI/Machine Learning engineering
  • Proven expertise in deploying machine learning models on GPUs
  • Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and model fine-tuning
  • Proficiency in Python with strong database management skills
  • Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker and EKS
  • Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a senior or lead engineer role
  • 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, classification models, diagnostic testing of models
  • Experience working directly with Transformer-based architectures including BERT, RoBERTa, T5, etc.
