Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, securing proper intake information, and transferring information into a secure system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and secure proper intake information
  • Transfer information into a secure system
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate TouchCare Health Assistant or Billing Specialist
  • Assist members with system registration navigation and basic outreach member support
  • Maintain a friendly and professional service relationship with our members throughout the intake process
Requirements
  • Bilingual a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills
