VIKOR is actively seeking to enhance its workforce with a full-time Construction Crew Member role. In this position, you will be responsible for the installation of underground utilities for energy, telecommunications, and data services across various regions.

Employee Benefits

  • $40 daily allowance for meals during travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of job sites, including grading and construction of access roads.
  • Compaction and placement of subgrade for foundations of towers, buildings, and equipment.
  • Installation of forms and rebar for foundational structures.
  • Concrete pouring and finishing tasks.
  • Installation of underground utilities, including electrical and fiber conduits.
  • Implementation of grounding and cathodic protection systems.
  • Inspection and encasement of guyed tower anchors.
  • Conducting concrete quality tests, including slump and compression strength assessments.
  • Operation of machinery such as skid steers, backhoes, excavators, trenchers, and compaction tools.
  • Provision of necessary tools for employees.
  • Proper care and maintenance of company tools and equipment.
  • Adherence to the directions provided by the crew chief.
  • Assisting the crew chief in ensuring timely project completion.
  • Supporting the training of new team members as directed.
